Will I be able to get something to eat while I’m at the Festival?

Yes! For the Friday programs, we are happy to offer a selection of sandwiches (advance order required). For Saturday’s options, we have a different selection of goodies; click here for details. Of course, you’re always welcome to bring your own picnic lunch! And by all means bring a water bottle. We’ll have a complimentary refill station.

I understand this is a garden. Will I be sitting on the ground while I listen?

Heavens no! We’ll have several shade/weather-resistant tents erected in various garden locations, with ample portable seating available. Do remember that you will be outdoors, though, and dress accordingly.

I’m coming in from out of town. What are the lodging options?

Federal Way has a number of good choices. We have arranged special discount pricing with several of these establishments. Click here for more about housing options.

Is the Festival accessible via public transit?

Why, yes! Metro’s Rapid Ride A Line (Route 671) stops just two blocks from our festival shuttle stop. This route runs from the Federal Way Transit Center to the Tukwila Transit Center, and also stops at Sea-Tac Airport.
